You can make the right decision for your loved one.  At Affiliated Family & Senior Services LLC, personalized care is our priority.  Integrity and work ethics make up the model of home health care service delivery at our agency.  Each client of our agency receives a custom designed care plan to fit their care requirements.  Such care requirements may be matched with one or a combination of home health services such as skilled nursing, specialized therapy, home health aide/personal care and medical social services.

Affiliated Family & Senior Services LLC takes care of individuals who meet challenges in old age, disability and illness.  Service schedules can be arranged from a few hours a day to long-term care depending on your physician's recommendations.  We also offer intermittent care and family caregiver respite.
